Recipe Notes
-We only recommend using sustainably-sourced tuna from companies like Wild Planet and SafeCatch that are transparent in their sourcing and certifications. To understand why this is so important, check out our blog on the importance of sustainable fishing.
-The directions for these different tuna recipes are all the same. Pop open the can, dice up your veggies, and mix it all together! For a chunkier tuna, stir it all together once everything is in. For a more blended tuna, stir every time you add an ingredient.
-Do not drain the liquid if using Wild Planet or Safe Catch Tuna! These two companies can their fish so it cooks only once and releases its own liquid. This method contributes to the nutritional value of each can so incorporate every drop to maximize those natural essential nutrients like omegas, Selenium and Vitamin D.
